MSF rebrand launch

Produced under our other division, SBLMNL, Deepblue was commissioned to perform a full rebrand for MSF. We used this video as part of the launch strategy to announce to subscribers the vastly improved services they could expect.

The brief: The group had already existed for many years but the service was in desperate need of both a rebrand and a streamlining of their services. They commissioned Deepblue to perform a total rebranding overhaul on everything from their logo to their website – plus the production of a new app.

The challenge: We were aware we couldn’t alienate existing users so looked at keeping certain factors consistent while improving the service the organisation offered clients. As part of this strategy, we thought a launch video would help instill faith that users could expect a similar – yet vastly improved and streamlined – service.

The result: This launch video was used at conferences, on social sites and also on their website to attract new users while retaining existing ones.
