The brief: Deepblue had already been highly involved with FPD producing a logo, website, brochures and office materials. However, when we showed them our 3D work, they hired 3D Aberdeen, (Deepblue’s specialist 3D department), to produce an explanatory 3D video to showcase their new housing development. The video was used in client presentations and shared on all the major social channels – YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

The challenge: 3D is particularly well suited to the construction and real estate industries to outline projects that don’t yet exist. In this case, our team took the highly detailed house plans and architect’s drawings and transferred them into an immersive video showing the development before even the first brick had been laid.

The result: As a consequence of this video, FPD sold the majority of the new homes off-plan, generating significant revenue and helping them branch into other projects.
